About Me
Hi, I’m Autumn! I offer Yoga Classes in Oxfordshire where you can make space for yourself to move, breathe and reconnect.
My aim is to create a space where you can pause and reset - while also building strength and confidence in your body in a way that feels good for you.
Some days that might mean slowing down with a gentle stretch while other days that might mean you’re keen for an energising and strengthening flow. Either way, there’s no pressure to perform - just an invitation to show up and make space for you.
I’ve always been drawn to all things health and wellbeing, studying Nutritional Science in University and working in the corporate world of healthcare.
I started doing yoga when I was 16, following along to videos on YouTube- which is something I still do today, especially when I’m short on time. I did my first ‘proper’ in-person yoga class when I moved to Singapore a number of years back and I honestly just loved that type of movement and the post-yoga feeling.
I have always loved the idea of being able to teach yoga and share that with others, I had just never found the time to take that time out and get qualified! After moving to the UK, I found a great course at Everybody Studio in Oxford, which allowed me to do my 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training that fit around my full time work schedule. And here we are!
Yoga doesn’t need to be complicated or fancy. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking for a friendly, down-to-earth space to move and reconnect - I’d be delighted to have you in class.
