Frequently Asked Questions
-
I'm new to yoga? Is this for me?
Absolutely! Classes are mixed level. You don’t need to be super flexible or fit - just comfortable getting up and down from the floor easily. If you are unsure where to start, try a Relaxation Yoga as this is a gentler practice. In all my classes, you’ll be guided with plenty of options so you can always adapt as needed.
-
What should I bring to class?
Just bring a yoga mat, some water and anything else that makes you feel comfortable (like a blanket or jumper for relaxation). I have spare props and mats if needed so if you don’t own a yoga mat - don’t worry, just let me know!
-
Where do you teach?
I teach in Yarnton Village Hall on Tuesdays during term times and am running a limited Summer Series in The Pavilion, Long Hanborough in August. There is plenty of parking in both locations.
-
Do I need to pre-book?
Yes - if you would like to book a spot, please just drop me an email at hello@yogawithautumn.co.uk to book. Advance booking is required due to number limitations. But if you’d like to book on the same day or a few hours before class, please still drop an email as I can let you know about spaces!
-
Can I pay as I go?
Absolutely - I have drop-in rates which you can read about under the ‘Classes’ tab. This allows you to pay class by class, so no crazy commitment! Block bookings and class packs are available also and these are better value per class. So it’s up to you what suits your needs.

What style of yoga do you teach?
I teach typically a vinyasa style of yoga. If you don’t know what this means - don’t worry! My yoga is usually a mixture of nice stretches, flowing movement and some stability work. I make sure it’s accessible for all best I can. I offer different class types, so read about them under the ‘Classes’ tab.
